I've paid a week in advance at the start of my tenancy, do I get it back at the end of the tenancy?

Your rent should be prepaid at the beginning of the rent week/fortnight and you use your advance each week. When you go to vacate your property, the week prior to your vacate will normally be your final payment.
Example is your rent is due on Thursday 7th and the following Wednesday 13th is your final day of tenancy. Your last weeks rent payment is due on Thursday 7th.

Inspections, how important are they?

The answer is very important. It gives the opportunity for tenants to bring up any maintenance issues - some can be dealt with on the spot while other maintenance might be longer term.

The inspections are set at a 3 monthly intervals and are the perfect opportunity for a spring clean of the property.

When do I receive my tenants rent payments?

There are 3 options to choose from with your payout frequency.
Weekly on Mondays
Twice a month on the 15th and last business day
Once a month on the last business day
With each payout you receive a emailed financial statement and at the end of financial year you will receive a year end summary to give to your accountant.
