APPLICATIONS

You may put forward an application at any stage, the application submission is complete once the property applied for has been viewed. Once we receive the complete applications, please allow a minimum of 48 hrs to process.

Here is what you will need on hand to complete the application;

Every adult that is part of the application MUST apply and supply the items below

• Photo ID

• Current & Previous Landlord details

• Employer details

• A recent payslip or proof of income

• Personal referee details and any other relevant supporting documents

The success of your application will depend on many factors. Being on time and well presented to viewings makes a lasting impression & asking lots of questions will help you decide if its the right property for you. Ensure that you submit your applications promptly, be as informative as you can and include all of the relevant documents, be available for questions and be honest.
